1. Program Description

Lelelka, operated by Undirectable, Corp., sends SMS notifications to registered users of the Lelelka platform (lelelka.com). These messages keep artists and studios informed about time-sensitive events on the platform, including hold requests, booking confirmations, challenge deadlines, rate negotiations, and release notifications.

Message frequency varies based on platform activity. Most users receive 1–10 messages per week during active booking periods. Inactive users may receive no messages.

2. Opt-In & Consent

Users opt in to SMS notifications by providing their phone number in their Lelelka account settings and enabling SMS as a notification channel. No SMS messages are sent until a user explicitly adds a phone number and turns on SMS notifications.

By enabling SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages from Lelelka at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of using the platform — all notifications are also available via email and in-app.

3. Message Categories

SMS notifications fall into five categories, each independently controllable from your account settings:

Holds — New hold requests, hold releases, position changes.
Challenges — Challenge issued, challenge warnings (24hr, 6hr, 2hr, 1hr), challenge resolved.
Bookings — Booking confirmations, cancellations.
Invites — Artist or studio invitations, entry confirmation requests.
Marketing — Platform updates and announcements (rare).

4. Opt-Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

•  Replying STOP to any message from Lelelka
•  Turning off SMS in your notification preferences at lelelka.com → Settings → Notifications
•  Removing your phone number from your account settings
•  Emailing contact@lelelka.com with your opt-out request

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS. Email and in-app notifications remain active unless separately disabled.

5. Cost

Lelelka does not charge for SMS messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

6. Privacy

Phone numbers are stored securely and used only for delivering Lelelka platform notifications. We do not sell, share, or rent phone numbers to third parties. Phone numbers are not shared with other users of the platform.

8. Service Provider

SMS messages are sent via Twilio on behalf of Undirectable, Corp. (d/b/a Lelelka), from +1 (844) 687-6408. Supported carriers include all major US carriers.
